EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) — compliance independent of DPP obligation
Whether or not your product carries a Digital Product Passport obligation, every pack placed on the EU market falls under PPWR (EU 2025/40). Every exporter is affected — we get you ready in 4-8 weeks.
PPWR ≠DPP. The Battery Passport and Textile DPP are product-scoped obligations; PPWR is packaging-scoped. A snack exporter, a steel pipe manufacturer, a fashion brand — all fall under PPWR. If you ship packaging, you must comply.
